I graduated in 2013 from Washburn University with my bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education. Two years into my teaching career, I graduated from Baker University with my master's degree in instructional technology. In 2017 I continued teaching career and moved to Denver. In 2020, I was hired by Denver Public Schools as an Instructional Technology Coach where I trained teachers how to pivot their instruction to virtual classrooms and video platforms during the pandemic. It was in this role that I found a passion for not only teaching children, but also for teaching and training adult learners. And in 2022 I successfully transitioned out of education and into the learning and development world!
