Instructor-Led Training 

Company-wide technology training sessions: Both of these sessions were delivered virtually to groups of up to 400+ employees to train them on program updates or best practices. These sessions were created based on company-wide benchmarks and initiatives. 

Company-wide process training sessions: Both of these sessions were delivered virtually to groups of up to 50+ employees to train them on specific content and processes for the company's newly adopted customer relationship manager (CRM) / applicant tracking system (ATS).

Google Workspace Continuing Education Courses: All courses are offered multiple times per semester to continuing education adult learners at Johnson County Community College. All courses are taught in-person and allow learners to choose the fundamentals track (101) or the advanced track (201) in each of the following Google Workspace Applications: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Sites, Google Drive, Gmail/Google Calendar.

Building wide professional learning sessions: Both of these professional learning sessions were delivered virtually and in-person to groups of 75+ educators at a time. These sessions were created based on school-wide needs.

Tool-specific professional learning sessions: Both of these sessions were delivered virtually and in-person based on specific building need. These sessions were often differentiated to "101 or 201" type levels to meet specific educator differentiation.
